The target of our AGENCY is:
- ITALIAN ROCK BANDS = Working territory -> ITALY;
- ITALIAN HARD ROCK/HEAVY METAL BANDS = Working territories -> ITALY & WORLDWIDE;
- FOREIGN BANDS = We work only for Hard Rock/Heavy Metal bands.
The working territories are ITALY & WORLDWIDE.
The services offered by EG – PUBBLICHE RELAZIONI are based on
TWO MAIN TYPOLOGIES OF PROPOSALS
- PROPOSAL named “PROMOTION” (code P):
- PROJECT OF PROMOTIONAL PLAN CONCERNING CLIENT
(GOALS, STRATEGIES AND CONTACTS);
- HOSTING OF A PAGE DEDICATED TO CLIENT IN THE SITE OF OUR AGENCY
(WITH POSSIBILITY TO FEATURE FILES MP3 & VIDEOS);
- PUBLISHING OF NEWS CONCERNING CLIENT INSIDE THE SITE OF OUR AGENCY;
- SPREADING OF PRESS-RELEASES CONCERNING THE CLIENT VIA E-MAILING;
- CONSULTING IN BOOKING;
- PLANNING OF PASS FOR LIVE EVENTS.
- CHECKING OF PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY IN FAVOUR OF CLIENT;
- MONITORING OF PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY IN FAVOUR OF CLIENT;
- INTERVIEWS SCHEDULING IN FAVOUR OF CLIENT;

- DURATION OF CONTRACT: 1 (ONE) YEAR;
- CHARGE OF SERVICE: EURO 80,00 PER MONTH;
- THE PROMOTIONAL-STUFF WILL BE FORWARDED TO:
- BOOKING-AGENCIES;
- DISTRIBUTIVE COMPANIES (*);
- MAGAZINES;
- RADIOBROADCASTING-COMPANIES (**);
- RECORDING-COMPANIES;
- WEBSITES.
(*) ONLY FOR SELF-PRODUCED RELEASES;
(**) ONLY FOR ITALY.
Important advice:
- THE PROPOSAL NAMED “MANAGEMENT” MEANS AN EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT ALLOWING OUR AGENCY TO MANAGE THE WHOLE ART DIRECTION OF CLIENT. EVERY ASPECTS OF CLIENT’S CARREER WILL BE MANAGED BY OUR AGENCY IN COLLABORATION WITH THIRD PARTIES;
- THE CHARGE OF SERVICE IS THE COST OF BASIC AGENCY FEE AND DOESN’T INCLUDE THE CHARGES FOR THIRD PARTIES;
- THE STUFF SUBMITTED OUR CHECKING (BIOGRAPHY, BOOKLET, PHOTO BOOK, VIDEOS AND SITE) MAY HAVE CHANGES IN ORDER TO GET IT ACCORDING INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS.
OTHER SERVICES
- Proposal named “Hosting of your Banner in our Site” (code B):
Description of service: Featuring of your Banner on home page of our Site;
Duration of service: 3 (three) month;
Fee of service: Euro 100,00
(payment on signing of contract and shipment of invoice).
- Proposal named “Forwarding of Press-Releases” (code CS):
Description of service: Publishing on our Site and forwarding by e-mailing of your Press-
Releases;
Duration of service: 3 (three) months;
Fee of service: Euro 300,00
(the amount will be paid in 2 (two) instalments: the first instalment following
the signature of contract and the second one after 45 (fortyfive) days of
signature of contract.
A invoice will be mailed at the end of work).
- Proposal named “Search & Supplying of Database” (code D):
Description of service: Development of search to supply you with useful database;
Duration of service: Assignment on monthly base;
Fee of service: Euro 100,00 per month
(the amount will be paid in 2 (two) instalments: 70% before work starting and
30% on consignment of Database.
A invoice will be mailed at the end of work)
- Proposal named “Logistics” (code L):
Description of service: Furnishment of logist support to the activities of Customer;
Duration of service: Assignment on monthly base;
Fee of service: Euro 100,00 per month
(the amount will be paid in 2 (two) instalments: 70% before work starting and
30% on end of assigment.

2. FURTHER USEFUL INFORMATIONS
In this part of our LETTER OF INTRODUCTION we want to explain you some useful aspects concerning the work of our AGENCY.
WE WILL DELIVER YOU A REGULAR CONTRACT IN ORDER TO SETTLE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTS.
FIRST STEP: POINT OUT THE MONTH WHEN YOU WANT TO SIGN THE CONTRACT (QUESTION # 09 OF QUESTIONNAIRE). THE REASONS ARE:
- DEFINITION OF STRATEGIES & GOALS;
- DEFINITION OF BASIC LINES OF PROMOTIONAL PLAN;
- DEFINITION OF EVERY ASPECT TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF OUR WORK.
SECOND STEP: POINT OUT WHEN YOU WANT TO START THE PROMOTIONAL MAILING (QUESTION # 10 OF QUESTIONNAIRE).
THIRD STEP: AFTER THE SIGNING OF CONTRACT:
- CREATION OF A WEBSPACE IN OUR WEBSITE;
- E-MAILING OF FIRST PRESS-RELEASE;
- STARTING OF PROMOTIONAL WORK.
ALL THAT TO ASSURE:
- BETTER OPERATIVITY OF OUR AGENCY;
- BETTER STANDARDS CONCERNING THE SERVICES OFFERED TO OUR CLIENTS.
- PROMOTIONAL SHIPMENTS
THE PROMOTIONAL SHIPMENTS WILL BE HANDLED BY CLIENT THAT WILL RECEIVE THE PROMOTIONAL PLAN AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT.
OUR AGENCY WILL SEND THE WHOLE FILE SHOWING OUR ACTIVITY IN FAVOUR OF CLIENT.
OUR AGENCY WISH TO INFORM YOU CONCERNING WORKING TIME & HOLYDAYS
- WORKING TIME IS MONDAY – FRIDAY;
- OUR AGENCY STOPS ITS ACTIVITY DURING
HOLYDAYS AND ALONG ALL MONTH OF AUGUST.
OUR AGENCY WILL SEND AN INVOICE AT THE END OF VALIDITY OF CONTRACT.
